Octane reboots PC every time with dual RTX 3090s

Hi,

As the title describes I am facing a problem trying to render with dual GPUs. After a couple of frames the the PC reboots it self.

I have set the priority to medium or even to low but with now change... I also tick the C4D settings "use all gpus"

Also when I render in the live view using both gpus the frame takes 11 seconds to compile.

But when render the final scene crashes all the times..

I checked the stability of the computer using Prime 95, Furmark, etc and temps etc all are fine..

The setup consists of:

MOB: Asus Rog Extreme Zenith II Alpha
CPU: AMD 3970X
RAM: 256GB
GPU: 2 x 3090 RTX
PSU: 1500w

Is there any suggestion cause can not make use of the render at all?
