Someone who can help me, in the material editing window within cinema 4d, the basic properties of the material do not appear, the window is blank! Please help!

which version of c4doctane are you using?
Please go to c4d menu Script or Extensions/Console, (Shift+F10), and share a complete screenshot of the panel, thanks.
Octane has its own material system, please have a look at the documentation starting from here:
