Hi,
from bugreport, it doesn't seem related to Octane, but to c4d interface and Nvidia driver

Please, save the project with assets, compress the resulting folder, and share a link to dropbox, or wetransfer, or any other similar service, by writing to [email protected], linking also this discussion, thanks.

Hi saifdean93,
please post an octanelog_report.zip, c4d bugreport is not enough.

Please, open the scene, then go to c4doctane Settings/Log Output tab, and enable all the Log option checkboxes.
Then, load the scene in Live View, then in Picture Viewer, or until crash, then reopen c4d, navigate to c4doctane Settings/Log Output tab, press the **Generate log report** button, and share the octanelog_report.zip file, thanks.

Hi Beppe,

Attached is the octanelog_report.zip file. I generate it as per instruction. I load it in Picture Viewer, it crashes, then reopens c4d to generate the report.
Appreciate your help.

Regards

Sorry, I cannot find any specific octane error in the logs.

Try to perform a clean installation of previous 471.11 Nvidia Studio driver:
https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverR ... 6851/en-us

If this version does not work, please try with the DCH version:
https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverR ... 6849/en-us

To perform a clean installation, please follow these steps:
