holographic rainbow Sticker

I'm having trouble trying to achieve the holographic effect like a Pokemon Card or simular cards.
Kind of like this:

even if you see in the first two seconds in the youtube Video, how the Material is set up, i have no clue how to achieve it.
I´m quite new to the whole universe of octane - so please be patience.
i tried to work with the "Thin Film" but not even close

looking forward to a kind helper here.
