MODO 15 does not run

After installing the plugin for MODE 15 and trying to start MODO I get this:

Is there an incompatibility that I am not aware of?

MODO 15.0v3 Windows
Octane Stand Alone 2020.2.4
Octane MODO 15 Plugin 2020.2.3.171

Can you tell me if you are running a non-English version of Windows, or if you have any special characters in your Windows user name please?
