My image quality gets worse when I turn on the Al denoiser feature. why?

This is strange. How many samples are you using ? What kernel ? (pathtracing or DL). I'm not an expert but at first glance I think your material is perhaps not setup right (are you using a medium ?). Or not enough samples.

The AI Denoiser needs a minimal amount of samples to produce clean results. When you see artifacts such as those in your image, you need to increase your max samples count. I would double it and see how that looks. If it looks good, then reduce the amount by 25% and check again. It is worth the time to dial in your settings per scene, as the payback can be significant.

It is also possible that the AI Denoiser is not the best choice for a particular scene, in terms of just increasing max samples. That is a rare case, however.

I solved the problem
I put the kernel on pathtracing and GI clamp on 2
And I set the hotpixel removal to 0.5
