PoserOctane_studio.dll could not be loaded

I have just upgraded to poser 12 and then have tried the octane plug in but as soon as i open poser I get this message and octane does not appear under render options

Hi - which Octane plugin installer did you use please? (ie. what was the filename of the installer).

Have you previously had the plugin running on that PC (on Poser 11)? Are your Nvidia drivers the latest?

When you install the Poser 12 version, make sure you install into the C:\Program Files\Poser Software\Poser 12 folder.

yeah I had a previous version of octane plug in working on poser 11 but not sure what drive i had 11 installed {poser 12 uninstalled 11 on me} on this time i installed poser 12 on my d drive and that is where i told the octane to install as well so does poser have to be on c for octane to work

I don't think it needs to be installed on the C: drive. Are you able to post a screenshot of the Poser Software\Poser 12\Runtime\Python\addons\OctaneRender\Windows folder please?

If not for the fact that you are a fellow aussie I am almost fed up with this Octane business, overnight i have seriously contemplated cancelling my sub and re working my production files to poser 12 superfly but I have my workflow geared on the speed of octane which wins hands down on the amount of work i need to pump out i have faith you will solve my issue cheers
