I just got an M1 Airbook and Octane X was the first thing I installed (very excited to finally use it).
But, I get a lot of "File load Error" warnings from the demo scenes. The scenes do seem to load anyways but it will not render. I'm just getting the gray screen.
I'm on Big Sur 11.2.2. Not sure what the issue is. Is this a known problem?
Thanks for the help!

Apple M1 GPU support is considered beta/experimental
Hi,
OctaneX Standalone should work with M1.
Please upgrade Mac Os to 11.2.3, to have the latest Apple Metal driver supporting OctaneX.
To test it, please install and open Standalone, right click anywhere in the node graph panel, and choose Materials/Metallic, to create the material node.
Now right click on the node and choose Render.
Then please share a screenshot of the Standalone interface thanks.
If you see the Material Ball scene, everything is working correctly.
Then please try with the following scene: ciao Beppe
