Octane Demo Not working

Hi

I'm trying to install the OctaneX Demo for Cinema 4D R23. There were no plugins folder in the Maxon Cinema 4D R23 folder, so I had to create one. I've added the OctaneX_PR7_Prime folder in there, but nothing is getting loaded when I start Cinema 4D.
