Load Octane Problem.

Hello, i need help for installation. I'm already watch how to install it. When i'm pressing load octane with unity account or otoy prime account starts download. And after download nothing happens. Nothing installed. I'm using Unity 2020.2.0 and downloading latest Octane.

I cannot view your image, could you repost it via the upload attachment feature in the posting menu?
Are you using mac or windows?
If you press load octane after download, does it redownload again?
