Octane render node problems

Hi, guys, I met a problem. After installing slaver, I can not sign in, and the screenshot is uploaded. I have shut down the fire wall and double checked the internet connection. Have you ever met the problem before? Could you please give me some advice on this? Thank you very much!

Are you able to run Standalone on that machine?
You should have the same error message.
Unfortunately, this kind of error depends from your internet provider, and in general, VPN fix this issue.
Alternatively you could you try switching to the DNS service provided by Cloudflare Instructions here
