Rig geometry shifts out of place when I enable motion blur

I'm having this weird problem where parts of my rig will shift out of place on certain frames when I enable motion blur for this rig.
For example here, the foot stays within the shoe without motion blur, but when I enable motion blur, the foot sticks out the shoe on some frames.

Other examples is eyeballs popping out and teeth as well on some frames. I don't understand why.

I have found out that this is because some of my textures have displacement maps, Is there a way to get around this? I need these displ maps and the motion blur.

Please, check the pivot of your objects, if not in the center of rotation, you can have that effect.
