getting superbright pixels when using specular?..

Hello,

Haven't noticed it really on anything else, but when I render using specular, I seem to get a few super bright pixels (or more than a few sometimes).

Thanks for the great product and I'm happy I could support you guys early on.

Please, always post some screenshots... it could be related to high Reflection, lights, bump/normal, kernel settings, ecc.
Note that you can use the Multi Pass (Beauty, Lights, infoChannel) to better understand where the issue is.

You can try turning the GI clamp down in the kernel settings (Direct Light, Path Tracing, PMC). I know in some plugins it is set very high by default (like 1M), which can cause these so-called fireflies in some situations. Set it to a lower number like 100 or even 1.
