Cant Project any thing.

Hi https://www.instagram.com/p/CHERowuHjPk/is my animation. After this i bought octane and started to train. I cant project anything the way i want. Does octane useless if i use c4d motion tracking ? Cuz i can create background with animated material. I tried octane sky and env. but i can't figure out how can i do this.
