Hi,
I'm getting an authentification error with Octane Render.
Everything was working fine this morning. I didn't install any soft since and i don't use any firewall...
It's very ennoying : i'm working on a project !

Hi,
unfortunately this kind of error depends from your internet provider, and in general, VPN fix this issue.

Alternatively you could try switching to the DNS service provided by Cloudflare: https://1.1.1.1/dns/

I just bought a suscriptions, and it's not working cause my internet provider specificities ???
I have to send a job in few hours ...
What is the problem with octane devs ???

We had some reports in the past, but there is nothing we can do about it.
