Hi Paul

I have version 2020.1.0.65 enterprise edition for Revit 2019 installed on 2 machines and I am unable to network render.

i guess my question is which version of network daemon do i need (tried 4.02.1 as well but still says invalid version)

Could you please help.

thanks

Hi.

You need Octane Standalone 2020.1.

I have installed 2020.1.5 enterprise standalone and then installed the daemon 2020.1.5 as well but still says invalid version (8.01.5 (01)

Still no good

what might i be doing wrong?

edit

Also tried standalone and yes the network render slave is seen as available but not when I am on Revit octane

2020.1.5 is a different version to 2020.1. You need just 2020.1.

Thanks
