Saving as 32 bit video sequence

Hi, Id like to know how to save a video with the best quality, Im only given the option for 8 bit (AVI,WMV,MP4 etc.) If theres no work around that, how do I transfer a regular image folder containing the full quality image sequence with the audio? Whenever I do the picture viewer for lets say TIFF files and send it to something like Divinci Resolve it doesnt bring sound information in.



Also how do I attach a signature in my messages showing my PC specs? Thanks
