I'm trying to install the photoshop extension to my coworkers machine and we are having issues.
1. it isn't installing through the cloud; so we downloaded it
2. when trying to install with two different installers they say the licensing is bad. Seems like something needs to be fixed.
not sure what else i can do on my end to fix this.

which version of PhotoShop are you using?
The extension should install correctly in Photoshop CC (2019) 20.0 - CC (2020) 21.0:
