new user here.

how long does it normally take for a new version of AC to be supported?

also is there any possibility of having a customisable clay material? just colour and reflection would be sufficient, or even just colour?

thanks

Hi. The AC24 build at here -> viewtopic.php?f=56&t=73495.

I don't think you can tweak the clay mode settings in Octane - sorry.

so this would need to be a Studio feature before it can be a plugin feature?

one other question - is there a specific way to match the 2 point perspective AC camera and if not could this be implemented?

It would need to be an Octane Standalone feature.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean the Generic Axonometry camera? If so, open the viewport with that camera selected and the resulting error dialog provides details.

no, was referring to a std perspective view with 2 point perspective activated in the AC camera settings. i found the solution - under the Octane camera settings enable 'Perspective correction' to match the AC camera.

last question for now - would it be possible to add a 'copy frame buffer to clipboard' button to the Octane Setup Window? often times when i'm experimenting or even creating final images i combine AC line and shaded renders with Octane renders. the AC renders i can just copy paste from AC to Photoshop whereas the Octane render i need to save first then open and then copy/paste.

not a biggie but would save time and a lot of clicks.

I will look into this. It sounds simple, but the Octane Viewport is an AC GUI window, so I will need to see if there is a copy to clipboard function.
