Octane X Computer Error

I'm having trouble getting Octane X to render in Maya. No problems far in Standalone and Houdini. I get these compute errors in the script editor, listed bellow. I'm trying it with a fresh scene on a MacBook Pro with a 5700 XT eGPU running 10.15.6 19G73. Is there anything I need to set up before it should work?

Super excited to see Octane run natively on macOS! Congrats to everyone on the Octane team.

Just to confirm - what version of maya are you using?

The same error happens in 2018.4 and 2019.2.

The octane X Maya plugin only works with Maya 2020. I believe that is covered in the FAQ.

Oh cool. The installer gave options for the last few versions so I figured they were covered. Thanks!
