Octane doesn't load

Having issues loading the octane plugin in maya. It loads but when I close the scene and reopen it I get this error.

// Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2017/scripts/startup/autoLoadPlugin.mel line 32: Unable to dynamically load : C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2015/bin/plug-ins/OctanePlugin.mll
The specified module could not be found.

This happens with both maya 2017 + 2018 with versions 4.05 - 13.49 and 3.08.5 - 12.58.

This is annoying because with this error I cannot batch render.

I am on windows 10.

Thank you.. It seems we have replied to you via Zendesk and been resolved after reinstallation.
Are you still having the same issue??
