how to unlock a license without using your site

Hi Paride,
we have two slaves using all access licenses and we have 1 master that uses 1 3ds max license. As far as I understood 1 all access covers one master one slave.
Sometimes our master steals a license from slave 1 and the only way to get it back is to unlock through your site. Are there other ways to make the master return slave 1 license?
