Hi Paul,
I'm testing the clipping plane feature, and it's terrific!
But here the solids are opened, not capped. What I'm doing wrong? Or there is some option somewhere?

That's the way Rhino works. If you render with the Rhino Renderer, it will appear the same.

That's true! Incredible how many useless functions I found each time... I will go to the Rhino forum to ask if they could implement the render cap in the next 30 years...

It seems that V-ray and Maxwell render at least support the clipping planes in Rhino! It could be possible in someway do it in Octane too? It could be terrific!

It could be possible in someway do it in Octane too?
I suggest you submit a feature request to OTOY if you want this implemented in Octane.
