Hello,

I was wondering if there is any newer information on the now fairly old problem of not being able to use the RTX improvements if motion blur is enabled?

I can't remember now, if this was an octane only issue or and nvidia RTX api issue or where all this is at. Regardless, is there any updates on this? is it being looked at? this alone is the reason I rarely get the benefits of rtx which is really silly, so would love to see a solution, although haven't little idea of where that solution needs to come from.

Also would it in theory be possible to calculate the motion vector without having to have motion blur on under the hood? I know it disables it in beauty but its still there, and RTX still fails. I am wondering if it would be possible to split out the motion vector pass to run in cuda mode, but the rest in RTX or something like that? basically trying to circumvent the whole RTX doesn't work with DOF and motion blur problem.

Thanks a bunch!
