I can´t logg off octane on my machine

Hello guys, im a new person in this 3d world, and i was working with cinema 4d and a friend of mine borrowed me and accont for octane which was pretty cool, but it didnt work since he gave me a v3 and my machine doesnt run that, so i quitted c4d and got blender because its a good free software and my student license from cinema 4d was ending, now when i installed octane for blender i can´t log in my account because octane doestn let me log off the previous account my friend borrowed me, pls help when i try to log off it says this "Failed to deactivate all licenses used on this computer: Could not contact OctaneLive server to fetch license usage", pls help i just want to learn
