Can't update to 2019.1.5 - wont uninstall previous version

Hey folks - I've tried just about everything here - im using R20 and cant seem to upgrade to 2019.1.5

I've removed almost every known file to octane yet the previous version still shows up when i start up Octane (the live render window opens and says cannot load)

I am starting to think its somewhere in the registry? Any help would be appreciated!

It might just be your layout. Do you mean the Octane version indicated at the top of the Live Viewer window? If you are using a saved layout, C4D saves the name of the window with the layout definition at the time of creation, regardless of what version is actually running. It can be confusing. Try starting with a default layout and opening a new Live Viewer window.
