IES Dropdown - similiar to LUT

Hi,

Since I'm working on a project where I utilize several IES lights I think it would be a great timesaver to have a dropdown menu where you can scroll down you predefined directory of IES files, just like you can with the LUTs. Would this be technical even possible?
