Hey so I just bought octane with the standalone version and cinema4d plugin. I have updated my drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled octane twice now but nothing has fixed this. When I load cinema4d the octane tab is present, but when i click on that there is just a blank box which can be clicked and has a the normal octane options just without images. Also when I try to create a new texture cinema4d stops responding. This did not happen with the demo version so why is it happening with the full version and how do I fix it?

here is a screenshot of how it looks to me

Seems like resource files are missing or forget to delete the unused plugin files.

what all should be in the RES folder? I have a folder named 32x and then in that folder is 5 images. I have uninstalled the demo version before I installed the full version

Can you tell me which versions of the standalone and the plugin I should have downloaded? The release numbers are a bit confusing between the standard version and the enterprise version I am running on windows 10

my account is showing the license as active in cinema4d although cinema is closed. is that potentially causing a problem? isnt it supposed to release it when the app is closed?

First be sure that you have extracted the content of plugin without any missing files. It seems like that

I have exactly the same issue, Octane loaded without UI. I upgradet to R21 from R20, Octane worked perfectly before the upgrade. The RES folder is full of icons, I extracted and installed everything correctly. Not sure why this is happening.

What's your R21 version? If you can see Octane's menus with full of commands but not icons, that's only reason of lack the resources. Wrong install location, where's it?

I solved it just now, found an old post with the same issue, installed in the wrong directory.
