Absolutely impossible to use ANY versions of 2018 or 2019

Dear DEVs, can you please help me to figure out what is happening?
I can not use ANY versions of c4d plugin of octane 2018 and 2019.
If i do something, cinema just closes with no notifications.
For example - i upload texture... Node editor and cinema freezes for about 3 seconds and then closes.
I download some materials from LiveDB - cinema closes with no notifications.
Standalone works fawlessly, and what is more strange, c4d plugin of V4 works fine
I tried to turn on and off openGL previews, alpha for openGL, node previews, everything. I always got crash, while 2018 and 2019 standalone work nice and smooth as well as almost any version pf v4 plugin for c4d.

Since this only happens with 2018 and 2019 cinema plugins, i think that my problem is not hardware-related

I got C4D R19.068, Windows 10, GTX 1070tI, 16Gbs of RAM

My drivers are 431.86 studio.
What should i do? Which information you need to help me? OFC i got some another plugins for c4d, and i have red some stuff about some octane libs or folders in unexpectable paths, oct.dat and so on... I'vealso red about issue with some kind of "pluginID"... What should i try?
