Is NVLink works with Octane plugins ?

Is NVLink works with Octane plugins ? Many people reports that NVLink doesn't work in Cinema 4D : viewtopic.php?f=30&t=72235 . Is anyone in Otoy tested it ?

I'm aware of it. Seems like it's not saved

Yes, please look at this. Every time when rendering is started or LiveViewer is refreshing Peers are reseting to off state in device control panel. It was reported many times...

I reported it on NVidia forum too to check if it is not related to Cinema studio driver that block NVlink feature.

Hi there. I am about to order a Workstation with 2x RTX 4000. What do I tell the IT then? Install a NV link bridge or Not? I use C4D and 2019.1

I read some People have crashes. Are they caused by enabling NV Link in the software or by the actual hardware bridge?

As I know and read crashes are mostly related to other hardware issues like high temperatures, drivers, insufficient PSU. Some people reported that in specific scenes denoiser can cause crashes.

The issue with NvLink is not c4doctane only related, but is affecting also 3ds Max, for example.
So we need to wait for a fix in the general SDK.
