Good afternoon
Is this normal that the GPU is still running at 65% (RTX2080Ti) when the preview rendering is done?
The viewport still says "Rendering" though 100/100 samples are done and time isn't increased anymore...
thanks
richard
Octane Blender 2019.1.1 - 20.3 uses 65% GPU after preview
Same on OSX.

I've had this issue with ALL blender versions.. The "pause" button came in handy in 2.7x so would be great to have that back as my cards just keep going after I hit my "preview" sample threshold..
Would like to be able to stay in preview mode without this infinite sample mode that keeps the GPU's chugging..

If you use render region Octane behaves this way whether it is Standalone or in plugin. Until the core engine changes it will be that way.artbydile wrote:I've had this issue with ALL blender versions..
