Hi,
I'm trying to use particle flow to instance a forest with lots of tree, rocks, grass, etc, but my memory usage goes thru the roof and than max 2020 crashes out. I try converting my mesh objects into Octane Proxy objects and while my memory does not spike anymore, I can't seem to get it to display in the Image viewer. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
3DS Max and Particle Flow Instancing doesn't seem to work

I'm in Render Setup, but I don't see a Support Panel. I only see.

Can you tell me specifically where to find it? Thanks.

I'm using the Demo 3DS Max Version, which should be Octane 2018. I'm on Max 2020.paride4331 wrote:Hi tcheng00,
