Render failure

Hi guys,

I was working on Octane from C4D on an animation video (not that heavy) when suddenly Octane crushed. Normally if i Force quite the program from the Task Manager then reopen it it should work fine, but this time it's not rendering, previewing and it keeps giving me "Render failure! Check Console Window and Octane Log Window" even after multiple attempts to restart, restart the computer, remove the folder from plugins then readding it.

I am using Octane 4.02 on C4D R 20, this is what i got in the Log Window:

Im using a GeForce RTX 2070 Graphics Card on a Windows

How can i fix this? I need my Octane

Use latest V4, 4.05-R5: viewtopic.php?f=85&t=72365
No need to stick buggy old versions.

Also this kind of errors show there's a hardware problem.
1-What's your Nvidia driver number?
2-And how's gpu temperatures on rendering?
3-Can you render a simple scene?

Yes i can render a very basic scene I tried.

Regarding Nvidia number i'll check when i have access to computer, and temperature is attached in the GPU screenshot i posted: 33 degrees.

If i can render a very basic scene does this mean that there is no hardware problem and that i can get things back to normal when i replace Octane with the newest version?

Ok seriously what do i do?

I just installed 4.05 instead of 4.02 and it keeps crashing. It is rendering basic scenes but it keeps crashing every 3 minutes what do i do now? i need a solution

try latest Nvidia studio driver, 431.xx

I am currently updating the driver to this.. Does this mean that there is nothing wrong with hardware and things will go back to normal once i update the Nvidia driver?

I just updated Octane the plugin and the Studio Version, and updated the Nvidia graphics card and still it's giving me an error

Am i missing something? should i MANUALLY link Octane to the new graphics card updated? what is the problem? Maybe my Cinema 4D R20 needs an update?
PS: i've had this computer and graphics card for a little less than 2 months so please dont tell me its ruined !
