Cant find cinema 4d plug in

I just subscribed to the all All-Access Annual subscription , but i cant find the cinema 4d plugin in the download menu any clue how to get it, knowing that all plugins are there except for c4d plugin

I did , and downloaded it but yet it gives me a licence error

I have the same question. Plugin for Cinema not included in the number of plugins available by all-access license?
