is exactly equal to the old version (version Tomas Pettersson - http://www.drpetter.se/index.html), the only difference is the Pixologic logo;). I'm not very happy about this, I preferred the original design but I also understand that its creator now has a job seriously.

Its not exactly the same at all actually.
It has a LOT of bug fixes, its got a whole new navigation system to make it like ZBrush in addition to being able to still use the old navigation system, it can handle much larger meshes and it includes GoZ so you can flit effortlessly between Sculptris and ZBrush which is totally delightful.
Also, there is no Pixologic logo, it does say that it is copyrighted by them in tiny little letters at the top but thats about it.
Its also, in my opinion, still the best sculpting program ever made and I say that as an avid ZBrush user and I have tried a lot of other programs out.
I started off with Sculptris, became totally addicted and got ZBrush, I am now addicted to both.
Personally I would like to see more development but its now been a while.

One last thing, you might be interested in this as well its opensource:
