Hi zoppo,
you will not allowed to use Octane until you manually unlock your license and then sign-in again.

Only problem now is that with delayed upgrades (i have that semi-annual delay and all delays i could get 'coz i hate being forced to upgrades) you don't know when it's gonna upgrade, it just suddenly goes into "windows installing updates, please don't turn off......." and puff you are out of luck for next 30-40 minutes until it's done so you can't know when to logout unless manually forcing upgrade by myself.

the only way is to disable the automatic windows update.

You can't permanently disable win10 update it'll happen eventually and it'll happen out of bloom (i've been in that process with 1803 when it restarted my windows 1709 machine in the middle of work and started updating without even giving me option to postpone/cancelparide4331 wrote:Hi Lewis,Lewis wrote:Ok that is good to know, thanks for infoparide4331 wrote:Hi Lewis,

I had that registry hack in place with windows version 1703 and after a year it still updated to 1803 version anyway without asking
