Octane uses small percentage of my GPU

So I just noticed that octane only uses a few percents of my gpu (RTX 2070) and the render time is kinda slow too. Sometimes it is barely using my gpu and it realy slows down. I can't even hear my GPU "roar up" when I am using octane. I have the latest drivers, but I don't know what is wrong. Anyone can help me please?
