Octane not showing on new computer

Hi,

I have a licence for Octane with C4d. Moved to a new computer and trying to install Octane there.

I tried adding it to plugins folder in Preferences, it didnt show up in C4D. I tried creating a folder "plugins" in C4D and add Octane there and its still not showing.

I've tried everyhting and nothing is working. Help please. What can i do to fix this?

I tried both the 4.02 version and 2018 latest one. None of them is working!!
