Hi,
some coworkers need to open models with octane materials but they do not have LWO.
Is there a way they can work on these model - i.e. load, edit model and save them, without losing all octane materials ? Maybe they should just install demo ?

thanks

Hi,

In theory to load/save the models you only need to install the plugin in all the studio machines. The license is only needed for rendering, so even if they don't have a license available any user with the plugin installed should be able to load/save the objects without losing the Octane nodes. You can also use the demo version if you want, but be aware that you should use the same demo/production version in all the studio computers.

Thanks,
