Generate Materials Pause Button

I work with complex scenes with dozens of Octane Materials, I often get slowed down to a crawl when moving around the viewports, adjusting cameras and models etc because Octane is generating materials. Is it possible to have a button somewhere that would pause this process until I'm ready to use the live viewer?
Try to disable "opengl previews"

on this topic, maybe it would be useful to get an option to cache these opengl materials on disk? it takes a while to regenerate all those if youz are working on large projects. a cache purge option would be useful as well i guess...

+1 for this. Just opening up a scene with tons of materials means waiting 30 seconds just for the viewport to start responding
