pixelated "scales" on geometry

Hello

I have a strange issue with my Octane demo render that appeared only in a bathroom render: "scaled" pixelated geometry. Do anyone have any idea about what the issue could be?

Please, share a screenshot, probably an issue with emitters and contrast.
