Please share a sample scene where you can reproduce this bug,
to fix a bug the developer needs to be able to reproduce it first.

Also you may have more chance to be noticed by JimStar in the last release topic

On my side I can just ask if you use denoiser ? because this can make batch render unstable.

Thanks for the reply!

Yes I am using denoiser, but I have tried with denoiser turned off as well. Same problem. Copied every thing into new scene - made all new octane settings- did not work at first, but now its rendering. Hard to say when the render start, when not- its like lottery as said in other forum.

Don't hesitate to join the octaneForMaya help group (you don't need to have skype installed) : https://join.skype.com/LXEQaqqfN15w
It would be easier to help you debugging scenes.
