Static Meshes crash Octane 2018 on render

I can't remember if static meshes (triSurfs) rendered in Octane 3 and 4. They definitely don't in 2018, insta-crash when hitting render. Can be worked around by converting them to regular meshes.

I was not able to reproduce this error. Are you able to send me a scene which reproduces this problem pls?
