localDB crash

I get crashes accessing localDB (not always, but still...)
Can it be because of non-english letters in file paths?
And after all, how to create a folder in localdb right in plugin window, it is annoying to create new folders in windows explorer...

Where's some screenshot from crash moment and bugreport?

And I think you missed how to create subcategories. It should be mentioned in the manual.
