NVIDIA Driver 419.35 breaking Octane Blender 3.08

Nothing will render. Completely broken.

How do I fix this, I was told 419 fixes it. Instead it broke it. I am using version 3.08

Not just Bleneder but octane 3.08.5 altogether (all the plugins/standalone).

OTOY needs to make update to 3.x octane to make it work with newest drivers.
