Saving materials modified in Octane

Sorry if this question is too silly or being answered before, but I could find it.
Here is my problem, I use DAZ plug-in to export an scene to Octane, and then tweak the material -like skin, lights and other materials - but I cannot find a way to keep it in that way when I close the scene and then reload other day for keep working on that previous scene.
Some times take a lot of time to modifie and scene and problably I do something wrong (or maybe I don’t do what I need to do) to prevent this.
