Long loading times for large textures

Guys,

Today i did few tests and 16k x 16k image is loaded within 12-15 seconds from NVME drive, while the same file is opened under Photoshop in around 2 seconds. Overall entire 5GB project is loaded in around 2-3 minutes.
3090, Titan, Quadro, Xeon Scalable Supermicro, 768GB RAM; Sketchup Pro, Classical Architecture.
Custom alloy powder coated laser cut cases, Autodesk metal-sheet 3D modelling.
