Render region don't work

I can not render a region of my scene.
It works in the live viewer, but not in the final render
I calculate a preview in Live viewer then I click on the icon render region, I go in Octane setting = Main = render region I select Enable render region = get last regon from LV. Unfortunately he calculates the entire scene ...

everything seems to work correctly here, you need to see a different value for each border in render settings:
