Hi.
I am running Octane render standalone and V3.07 works just fine, but if I try to run any higher version ( 3.08 and up ) it will show the startup splash screen for a few seconds and then quit with no message.
Running on :
Windows 10 pro build 1809 with latest updates as of 10/3/2019
CUDA 10.1
NVIDIA driver 419.35 on a Titan X ( pascal )
96GB RAM
I have used the DDU NVIDIA driver uninstaller in safe mode prior to loading NVIDIA driver 419.35.
I have a valid license for Octane render standalone V4 and this fails in exactly the same way.
The DAZ plugin for DAZ studio 4.10 causes DAZ studio to crash, with a memory access violation in octane.dll.
I have had to revert to 3.07 to get working again!
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Similar problem here...
When I try to run any version of Octane Render Standalone 3.08 thru 3.08.5 I get the same error message:
"Windows can not verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source."
ORS 3.06.4, ORS 3.06.2, OctaneBench 3.06, and OctaneBench 2.17 all download, install, and run fine...
I just ran DDU 18 from safe mode and reinstalled CUDA 9.1 w/ updates 1, 2, and 3; and then installed Nvidia Display Driver 391.95, stopping at every step to see if any 3.08.x would start; nothing. However all the earlier versions downloaded again, installed again, and worked fine. Same whether I downloaded Installer or Zip files. I did not install G-Force Experience!
I have 3.08.5 running on (5) other machines with this CUDA 9.1.84 / Driver 391.35 combo, and they all start and run well using GTX 580 3GB on up to Titan X Maxwell and GTX 1070. Am I wrong about this CUDA/Driver combo???
I would love to get this one going as I just installed a Titan X Maxwell, which is quite an upgrade from the (4) GTX 680s I ran my last big animation job on...
What could be the trouble? Thanks!

OTOY needs ot make new Octane 3.0.8.5 (maybe 3.0.8.6 ?) which works with Nvidia 419.xx----> drivers.
Currently only octane 4.2.x and 2018.x---> are compatible with nvidia 419.x drivers.
not sure how octane 3.07 sneaked in working with newest drivers but it sounds weird.
