Licence ERROR

Hello,
this morning I cannot work: Octane in stand alone and Cinema 4D R19 and R20 give me the same error message:

Could not find the required license.
If you already have a license for Octane ......, release it by closing all instance of Octane.....

I tried to unlock my license via "My Account > License" page of Otoy website but it's not work.

What's the problem?
the only changed on my PC in the last 2 days was the windows 10 upgrades... Could it to be the cause of this problem?

Yes probably it's locked to previous setup. Unlock it from web page of Otoy, accounts section.

I have just updated Windows 10 and now I have Octane producing this same message. Why must I now use one of my 5 unlocks to do this when I had no control over it in the first place?

I will only have 4 unlocks left if I am to do this! I note that no other third party licences have this issue making Octane the only fallout from this seemingly harmless update to windows.

Better to deactivate the licenses before a system update.
Anyway, please note that the web counter will be rest to maximum after a certain period of time (roughly one month), if the unlock button will not be used during that time.
